Mumbai, October 8: Vishal Nirmiti shares debuted at ₹215 on both the NSE and BSE on October 8, 2026, against the IPO issue price of ₹220 per share. The shares therefore listed at a 2.27% discount to the issue price on both exchanges.

Vishal Nirmiti Shares List At ₹215 On NSE And BSE Against ₹220 Issue Price

Vishal Nirmiti made its market debut at ₹215 on both the NSE and BSE, ₹5 below its final IPO issue price of ₹220 per share. The issue price was fixed at the upper end of the IPO’s ₹208–₹220 price band.

At the latest displayed snapshot at 9:55 AM IST, the stock remained at ₹215, matching its debut price.

The IPO was listed on both exchanges on October 8, 2026, following the completion of the bidding process on October 5 and finalisation of the allotment on October 6.

IPO Structure And Issue Details

The Vishal Nirmiti IPO was a combination of a fresh issue of 65.91 lakh shares worth ₹145 crore and an offer for sale of 15 lakh shares worth ₹33 crore. The total issue size was 80,90,909 shares, aggregating to ₹178 crore at the upper end of the price band.

The fresh issue was intended to raise capital for the company, while the offer-for-sale component involved the sale of existing shares. Following the issue, the company’s shareholding increased from 1,98,00,000 shares before the IPO to 2,63,90,909 shares after the issue.

The IPO opened on September 30, 2026, and closed on October 5, 2026. The price band was fixed at ₹208–₹220 per share, with the final issue price set at ₹220.

IPO Subscription Data

The Vishal Nirmiti IPO was subscribed 1.79 times overall by the close of bidding. The QIB category, excluding anchor investors, was subscribed 1.33 times, while the NII category recorded 1.89 times subscription.

The retail investor portion was subscribed 1.75 times. Within the NII category, applications above ₹10 lakh were subscribed 1.79 times, while the portion below ₹10 lakh was subscribed 2.10 times.

The final subscription data showed bids for 1,44,46,736 shares against 80,90,909 shares offered. The issue received 1,25,441 applications in total.
