Yaap Digital IPO Subscribed 4.01x On Final Day; QIB Portion Booked 7.87x, NII 4.95x

Yaap Digital’s ₹80.11 crore SME initial public offering was subscribed 4.01 times as of 3:25 PM IST on February 27, 2026, the final day of bidding, according to exchange data. The book-built issue received strong demand from qualified institutional buyers, while retail participation remained comparatively moderate.
The IPO, which opened on February 25 and closes on February 27, is entirely a fresh issue of 55.25 lakh shares. The company plans to list on the NSE SME platform, with a tentative listing date of March 5, 2026.
Day 3 Subscription Breakdown As Of 3:25 PM IST
The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB), excluding anchor investors, portion was subscribed 7.87 times, with bids received for 82.55 lakh shares against 10.49 lakh shares on offer.
The Non-Institutional Investors (NII) category was subscribed 4.95 times. Within this segment, the bNII (above ₹10 lakh) portion was subscribed 6.44 times, while the sNII (below ₹10 lakh) segment saw 1.95 times subscription.
Retail individual investors subscribed 1.40 times the portion reserved for them, bidding for 25.76 lakh shares against 18.36 lakh shares offered.
The anchor investor allocation of 15.73 lakh shares was fully subscribed.
Issue Structure And Price Band
The IPO is priced in the band of ₹138 to ₹145 per share, with a face value of ₹10 per share. The lot size is 1,000 shares.
At the upper end of the price band, retail investors were required to bid for a minimum of two lots (2,000 shares), translating into an investment of ₹2.90 lakh. For S-HNI investors, the minimum application size was three lots (3,000 shares), amounting to ₹4.35 lakh.
The total issue size aggregates up to ₹80.11 crore, comprising entirely fresh capital. Post-issue, the company’s shareholding is expected to increase from 1.54 crore shares pre-issue to 2.09 crore shares.
Category-Wise Allocation
Out of the total 55.25 lakh shares offered, 26.22 lakh shares (47.46%) were allocated to QIBs, including 15.73 lakh shares (28.47%) reserved for anchor investors and 10.49 lakh shares (18.99%) for other QIBs.
Retail investors were allocated 18.36 lakh shares (33.23%), while 7.87 lakh shares (14.24%) were earmarked for NIIs. Additionally, 2.80 lakh shares (5.07%) were reserved for the market maker.
Key Dates and Timeline
The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on March 2, 2026. Refunds are likely to be initiated on March 4, 2026, with shares credited to demat accounts on the same day. Yaap Digital is scheduled to list on the NSE SME platform on March 5, 2026.
