Zota HealthCare's FY25 Revenue Up by 62%

Mumbai, May 29, 2025 – Zota Health Care Limited (NSE: ZOTA), a prominent name in India’s pharmaceutical sector, reported exceptional growth in FY25, with revenue from operations jumping 62% year-on-year. This surge was led by rapid expansion of its Davaindia pharmacy chain and increasing customer engagement.

Davaindia Expansion & Digital Initiatives
The Davaindia retail network saw significant scale-up, ending FY25 with 1,582 outlets, up from 880 the previous year. This includes 852 Company-Owned Company-Operated (COCO) and 730 Franchise-Owned Franchise-Operated (FOFO) stores. The company added 702 stores in FY25 alone (599 COCO and 103 FOFO).
Customer visits surged to 97.7 lakh in FY25, compared to 51.8 lakh in FY24. Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) also rose to ₹24,562 lakh from ₹13,766 lakh. Strengthening its digital footprint, Zota launched B2C platforms, enabling doorstep medicine delivery via web and mobile apps.

Ketan Kumar Zota, Chairman, said, “FY25 marked a transformative phase for Davaindia. The strong rollout and launch of our COCO store and digital platforms are key milestones. We aim to open 800–900 new COCO stores by FY26.”

Zota Health Care plans to leverage its integrated retail model, prioritising COCO store growth, tech-driven services, and regional outreach to sustain momentum into FY26.
