Mumbai, September 28: A-One Steels IPO closed for subscription on Monday, September 28, after receiving bids for 8,57,63,262 shares against 70,14,839 shares offered to investors. The issue was subscribed 12.23 times overall, according to subscription data available at 5:13 PM on Day 3.
The NII category recorded the highest subscription at 25.80 times, while the QIB (Ex Anchor) portion was subscribed 7.69 times. The retail portion received bids for 3,17,06,706 shares against 34,80,926 shares offered, translating into a subscription of 9.11 times.
The employee portion was subscribed 5.15 times.
With the bidding process now closed, investors will next track the A-One Steels IPO allotment, which is scheduled for September 29, 2026.
A-One Steels IPO Subscription Status
The QIB (Ex Anchor) category received bids for 1,52,92,803 shares against 19,87,592 shares offered, resulting in a subscription of 7.69 times.
The NII category was subscribed 25.80 times, with bids for 3,84,82,886 shares against 14,91,825 shares available.
Within the NII segment, the bNII portion for applications above ₹10 lakh was subscribed 26.18 times, while the sNII portion for applications below ₹10 lakh was subscribed 25.03 times.
The retail portion received bids for 3,17,06,706 shares against 34,80,926 shares offered, resulting in a subscription of 9.11 times.
The employee portion received bids for 2,80,867 shares against 54,496 shares reserved for employees, translating into a subscription of 5.15 times.

The total amount of bids stood at approximately ₹3,473.412 crore, based on the upper end of the price band.

A-One Steels IPO Details
A-One Steels IPO is a ₹405 crore book-built issue comprising a fresh issue of 87.71 lakh shares aggregating to ₹355 crore and an offer for sale of 12.35 lakh shares aggregating to ₹50 crore.
The IPO carried a price band of ₹385 to ₹405 per share and a lot size of 37 shares. At the upper end of the price band, the minimum investment required for a retail investor was ₹14,985.
The IPO opened for subscription on September 24, 2026, and closed on September 28, 2026.
The shares are proposed to be listed on the BSE and NSE, with a tentative listing date of October 1, 2026.
