What’s Next for ABH Healthcare IPO Investors?

Now that the subscription window has shut, investors have moved on to the next step — IPO allotment.

The allotment is expected to be finalised on August 28, 2026. Refunds are scheduled for August 31, with shares also expected to be credited to successful applicants on the same day.

The company’s shares are scheduled to list on the NSE SME platform on September 1, 2026.

Conclusion

ABH Healthcare IPO finished its four-day subscription period on a reasonably positive note, crossing the 1x mark to close at 1.44 times subscribed.

The numbers were driven mainly by QIB and retail participation. The 8.37x QIB subscription stands out, while the NII response was considerably weaker at 0.29x.

With the IPO closed for subscription, there is little left for applicants to do now except wait for the allotment result on August 28 and, for successful bidders, the scheduled listing on September 1.
