Mumbai, August 24: The ABH Healthcare IPO has opened for subscription today, giving investors until August 27 to participate in the ₹34.98 crore NSE SME issue. The opening session has been relatively quiet so far, with the overall issue subscribed 0.01 times as of 10:15 AM on August 24.

The company is offering 34,29,600 equity shares through a fresh issue, with the price band fixed at ₹96 to ₹102 per share. At the upper end of the band, the total issue size comes to ₹34.98 crore.

The early response has been led by individual investors, although their participation is still below the number of shares reserved for the category. The retail portion was subscribed 0.03 times, while the NII category stood at 0.04 times.

The QIB portion, meanwhile, had not received any bids at the time of the latest update.

ABH Healthcare IPO is a bookbuilding issue and will be listed on the NSE SME platform. With three more subscription days remaining, the current numbers are still at an early stage and could move considerably as bidding gathers pace.

There has been no bidding recorded from QIBs so far in the latest update. Overall, the issue had attracted bids for 46,800 shares against 34,29,600 shares on offer.

It is still the first morning of the IPO, so the numbers do not yet give a complete picture of investor demand. The next two sessions, along with the final bidding day, will be more telling.

Day-Wise Subscription Trend

ABH Healthcare IPO has only just opened, so the subscription trend currently starts with the Day 1 figures.

Day 1 (August 24) 0.01x 0.03x 0.04x 0.00x

The opening session has been fairly subdued, with the overall book covering only 1% of the shares available so far.

Individual investors have shown some initial interest, but their category remains well below full subscription. NII participation has also started slowly, while QIB demand is yet to show up in the latest figures.

With the IPO open through August 27, the subscription pace over the next couple of days will be important in determining whether the issue can build stronger momentum before the bidding window closes.
