Mumbai, August 25: The ABH Healthcare IPO is seeing a gradual improvement in investor participation on Day 2, although the issue is still some distance away from full subscription. The ₹34.98 crore IPO was subscribed 0.42 times by 11:04 AM on August 25, with qualified institutional buyers continuing to show the strongest interest.
The issue had received bids for 1,47,20,200 shares against 3,49,26,000 shares available for subscription. At the upper end of the price band, these bids were worth around ₹14.76 crore. The latest data showed a total of 307 applications.
QIBs remain the clear standout in the subscription numbers. Their portion was subscribed 3.45 times, with bids for 68,64,800 shares against 19,99,200 shares on offer. In other words, the institutional portion has already been covered comfortably.
Individual investors have also stepped up their participation compared with the opening day. Their category was subscribed 0.46 times, with bids for 71,04,400 shares against the 1,52,88,000 shares reserved for them.
The NII portion is moving at a slower pace, standing at 0.30 times. Investors in this category bid for 50,400 shares, compared with 1,70,600 shares available. Among the two NII segments, sNII demand was relatively better at 0.08 times, while bNII stood at just 0.01 times.
ABH Healthcare is raising ₹34.98 crore through a fresh issue of 34,96,000 shares. The IPO does not have an offer-for-sale component.
The company has set the price band at ₹96 to ₹102 per share. The issue opened on August 24, 2026, and will remain open for bidding until August 27, 2026.
ABH Healthcare IPO Subscription Status Day 2 (As Of 11:04 AM)
The latest numbers show a clear gap between institutional demand and participation from the other investor categories:
- Overall: 0.42x
- QIB (Ex-Anchor): 3.45x
- Individual Investors: 0.46x
- NII: 0.30x
- bNII (> ₹10L): 0.01x
- sNII (< ₹10L): 0.08x
- Total Applications: 307
The QIB book is comfortably ahead of the rest. At 3.45 times, it has attracted bids worth more than three times the shares reserved for institutional investors.
Individual investors have made a better showing on Day 2, taking their subscription level to 0.46 times. Even so, the category still needs a significant increase in bidding to get fully subscribed.
The NII book has been quieter. At 0.30 times, it remains below the halfway mark, with the bNII segment seeing particularly limited activity so far.
Day-Wise Subscription Trend
The IPO opened with a relatively soft response on August 24, but the overall subscription has edged higher on the second day as individual investors increased their participation.
| Day | QIB (Ex-Anchor) | NII | NII (> ₹10L) | NII (< ₹10L) | Individual Investors | Total |
| Day 1 (August 24) | 3.45x | 0.27x | 0.01x | 0.07x | 0.33x | 0.36x |
| Day 2 (August 25) | 3.45x | 0.30x | 0.01x | 0.08x | 0.46x | 0.42x |
The issue finished Day 1 at 0.36 times subscription. By the Day 2 morning update, the figure had climbed to 0.42 times.
The more noticeable change came from individual investors, whose subscription moved from 0.33 times to 0.46 times. NII demand also improved, although only slightly, from 0.27 times to 0.30 times.
QIB subscription has stayed at 3.45 times across the two updates and remains the main source of demand for the issue.
There are still two days before the IPO closes, so the final outcome will depend largely on whether individual and NII investors pick up the pace, particularly as the issue moves closer to its closing date.
