Mumbai, August 26: The ABH Healthcare IPO is heading into its final day of bidding with the issue yet to be fully subscribed overall. The ₹34.98 crore public issue was 0.94 times subscribed by the end of Day 3 on August 26, 2026.

The IPO has attracted stronger interest from qualified institutional buyers, with the QIB portion subscribed 8.37 times. Individual investors, meanwhile, subscribed 0.94 times, while the NII category was at 0.67 times.

The issue opened on August 24, 2026, and will close for subscription on August 27.

QIB Demand Stands Out on Day 3

The biggest interest in the ABH Healthcare IPO has come from the institutional side.

The QIB (Ex Anchor) portion was subscribed 8.37 times, with investors bidding for 16,66,800 shares against 1,99,200 shares available.

The individual investor category was subscribed 0.94 times, with bids received for 14,37,600 shares against 15,28,800 shares offered.

The NII category stood at 0.67 times. Within this segment, the bNII portion was subscribed only 0.03 times, while the sNII portion received 0.16 times subscription.

Overall, investors had bid for 32,18,400 shares against 34,29,600 shares offered to the public, with 624 applications recorded in the latest data.

QIB demand was already strong on the opening day and climbed to 8.37x by Day 2. Individual investor participation has also picked up steadily, moving from 0.33x on Day 1 to 0.94x on Day 3.

The ABH Healthcare IPO is a ₹34.98 crore book-built issue comprising a fresh issue of shares.

The issue includes:

  • Total Issue Size: 34,29,600 shares aggregating up to ₹34.98 crore
  • Fresh Issue: 32,56,800 shares aggregating up to ₹33 crore, excluding the market maker portion
  • Market Maker Reservation: 1,72,800 shares aggregating up to around ₹2 crore

ABH Healthcare IPO Investor Reservation

The issue has allocated 10.49% of the net offer to QIBs, while 8.99% is reserved for NIIs and 80.52% for individual investors.

A separate 4.80% portion of the total issue has been reserved for the market maker.

ABH Healthcare Ltd., incorporated in 2021, operates Anil Baghi Hospital, a healthcare facility offering a range of medical and surgical services.

The hospital has 150 beds and provides treatment across around 25 medical specialities, including cardiac sciences, neurology, minimally invasive spine and brain surgeries, medical and surgical gastroenterology, laparoscopic and bariatric surgery, urology, pulmonology, nephrology, ENT, maxillofacial surgeries and other healthcare services.

The company has also been empanelled with 30 private and public health insurance providers and third-party administrators. Its hospital participates in government healthcare schemes, including the Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme, Railway-related healthcare programmes, Food Corporation of India schemes, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited and Ayushman Bharat – Sarbat Sehat Bima Yojana.
