ABH Healthcare IPO received bids for 12.13 lakh shares against 34.30 lakh shares offered on Day 1. The issue was subscribed 0.35 times by 5:00 PM on August 24, with QIBs leading at 3.45x, followed by individual investors at 0.31x and NIIs at 0.27x.

The ABH Healthcare IPO opened for subscription on August 24, 2026, and ended its first day with the issue subscribed 0.35 times. The ₹34.98 crore IPO received bids for 12,13,200 shares against 34,29,600 shares offered to investors, as of 5:00 PM on Day 1.
The response was led by qualified institutional buyers, while retail and NII participation remained below the number of shares reserved for them.

The IPO had received 210 applications by the end of Day 1. The total amount of bids stood at around ₹12.38 crore, calculated at the upper price of ₹102 per share.

QIBs show strong interest, retail bidding remains moderate
The QIB portion was the standout performer, with the category subscribed 3.45 times. Bids for 6,86,400 shares came in against 1,99,200 shares reserved for QIBs.
The retail or individual investor portion was subscribed 0.31 times, with 4,80,000 shares bid against 15,28,800 shares offered.
The NII category had a slower start at 0.27 times. Within this segment, the bNII portion was only 0.01 times subscribed, while the sNII portion reached 0.07 times.
Overall, the IPO remained undersubscribed on Day 1 despite the strong QIB response.

About ABH Healthcare
ABH Healthcare Ltd. was incorporated in 2021 and operates under the name Anil Baghi Hospital. The hospital has 150 beds and offers medical services across 25 specialties, including cardiac sciences, neurology, gastroenterology, urology, pulmonology, nephrology, ENT and minimally invasive surgeries.
As of June 30, 2026, the company had 37 doctors and 101 nurses.
