ABH Healthcare IPO Subscription Status Day 2: Issue Subscribed 0.79 Times

The ABH Healthcare IPO was subscribed 0.79 times overall by the end of Day 2, August 25, 2026. The QIB portion was subscribed 8.37 times, while the retail portion stood at 0.63 times and the NII category at 0.45 times. The IPO remains open for subscription until August 27, 2026.

Mumbai, August 25: The ABH Healthcare IPO saw a stronger response on its second day of bidding, with the ₹35 crore issue receiving bids for 27,03,600 shares against 34,29,600 shares offered for subscription.
At the end of Day 2 on August 25, 2026, the issue was subscribed 0.79 times overall. The biggest jump came from qualified institutional buyers (QIBs), whose portion was subscribed 8.37 times.
Retail investors subscribed 0.63 times, while the non-institutional investor (NII) category reached 0.45 times subscription.
The IPO opened on August 24 and will remain open until August 27, 2026.

The QIB segment has clearly taken the lead so far. Its subscription increased from 3.45 times on Day 1 to 8.37 times on Day 2.
ABH Healthcare IPO Day 2 Subscription Details
The retail portion was subscribed 0.63 times on Day 2, with bids coming in for 9,60,000 shares against 15,28,800 shares offered.
The NII portion was subscribed 0.45 times, receiving bids for 76,800 shares against 1,70,600 shares reserved for the category.
Within the NII segment, the sNII portion was subscribed 0.13 times, while the bNII portion remained at just 0.01 times.
QIB demand was much stronger. The category received bids for 16,66,800 shares against 1,99,200 shares offered, taking its subscription level to 8.37 times.
Overall, the issue moved from 0.36 times on Day 1 to 0.79 times on Day 2.
ABH Healthcare IPO Price Band and Lot Size
ABH Healthcare has fixed the IPO price band at ₹96 to ₹102 per share. The lot size is 1,200 shares, meaning retail investors need to invest a minimum of ₹1,22,400 at the upper end of the price band.
For HNI investors, the minimum application is for 3,600 shares, requiring an investment of ₹3,67,200 at the upper price.
The IPO is proposed to list on the NSE SME platform, with the tentative listing date set for September 1, 2026.

ABH Healthcare Ltd. operates under the name Anil Baghi Hospital and provides healthcare services through a 150-bed hospital.
The hospital offers treatment across multiple specialties, including cardiac sciences, neurology, minimally invasive spine and brain surgeries, medical and surgical gastroenterology, laparoscopic and bariatric surgery, urology, pulmonology, nephrology and ENT, among others.
The company also works with private and public health insurance providers and third-party administrators. It participates in various government healthcare schemes as well.
As of June 30, 2026, the hospital had a team of 37 doctors and 101 nurses.
ABH Healthcare IPO: What Investors Should Know
The subscription picture improved noticeably on Day 2, mainly because of strong QIB participation. However, the overall issue is still below full subscription at 0.79 times.
Retail demand has also picked up from 0.33 times on Day 1 to 0.63 times on Day 2, but the category is yet to be fully subscribed.
With another day of bidding remaining, the final subscription numbers could look quite different, particularly if retail and NII participation accelerates on the last day.

The ABH Healthcare IPO gained momentum on Day 2, with overall subscription climbing to 0.79 times from 0.36 times on the opening day. QIBs were the clear standout, with their portion subscribed 8.37 times, while retail investors reached 0.63 times and NIIs 0.45 times.
