The ABH Healthcare IPO was subscribed 0.83 times overall by the end of Day 3, August 26, 2026. The QIB portion was subscribed 8.37 times, while retail investors subscribed 0.72 times and NIIs 0.47 times. The issue has received 478 applications so far and will close for subscription on August 27, 2026.

Mumbai, August 26: The ABH Healthcare IPO continued to attract bids on its third day, with the overall subscription level moving closer to full subscription.
At the end of bidding on August 26, 2026, the ₹34.98 crore IPO was subscribed 0.83 times, with bids received for 28,46,400 shares against 34,29,600 shares offered to the public.
The strongest response has come from qualified institutional buyers (QIBs). Their portion was subscribed 8.37 times, significantly ahead of the other investor categories. The retail portion reached 0.72 times, while the NII category stood at 0.47 times. Within the NII segment, sNII demand was higher at 0.14 times, while the bNII portion was subscribed just 0.01 times.
The ABH Healthcare IPO opened on August 24 and will remain open until August 27, 2026.

QIBs remain the clear standout. Their subscription jumped from 3.45 times on Day 1 to 8.37 times on Day 2 and stayed at the same level on Day 3.
Retail participation has also improved steadily, moving from 0.33 times on Day 1 to 0.63 times on Day 2 and 0.72 times on Day 3.
ABH Healthcare IPO Day 3 Subscription Details
The retail investor portion was subscribed 0.72 times on Day 3. Investors placed bids for 10,99,200 shares against 15,28,800 shares available in the category.
The NII portion received bids for 80,400 shares against 1,70,600 shares offered, taking its subscription level to 0.47 times.
Within the NII segment, the sNII category was subscribed 0.14 times, with bids for 69,600 shares against 5,10,000 shares on offer. The bNII category remained largely subdued at 0.01 times, receiving bids for just 10,800 shares against 10,18,800 shares offered.
The QIB category continued to show much stronger demand. It received bids for 16,66,800 shares against 1,99,200 shares reserved for the category, resulting in an 8.37 times subscription.
Overall, the IPO has moved from 0.36 times on Day 1 to 0.79 times on Day 2 and 0.83 times on Day 3.

ABH Healthcare IPO Price Band and Lot Size
ABH Healthcare has fixed the IPO price band at ₹96 to ₹102 per share. The lot size is 1,200 shares.
At the upper end of the price band, a retail investor needs to invest ₹2,44,800 for the minimum application of 2,400 shares, or two lots.
For sNII investors, the minimum application is 3,600 shares, requiring an investment of ₹3,67,200 at the upper price.
The IPO is proposed to list on the NSE SME platform. The tentative listing date is September 1, 2026.

The ABH Healthcare IPO is entirely a fresh issue of 34,29,600 shares, aggregating to approximately ₹34.98 crore at the upper end of the price band.

Retail participation has also picked up each day, rising from 0.33 times on Day 1 to 0.72 times on Day 3. NII demand has been slower, reaching only 0.47 times so far.
With the IPO set to close on August 27, the final day will be important. The issue needs another push from retail and NII investors to move beyond the 1x mark overall.
