ACC, BPCL, Vedanta, and Dr. Lal PathLabs Among Key Firms Declaring Q2 Results on October 31

Mumbai, October 31, 2025 – The last trading day of October have a number of major Indian companies convening board meetings to approve their unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025 (Q2 and H1 FY26). Apart from quarterly earnings, some companies are also likely to deliberate on proposals related to interim dividends, fundraising initiatives, and bonus share announcements.

Key Companies Announcing Financial Results

ACC Limited will review and approve Q2 FY26 results, marking the end of the earnings season for the cement sector. Maruti Suzuki India Ltd will consider standalone and consolidated financial statements for the September quarter. Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL) is likely to announce Q2 FY26 results and may declare a dividend for its shareholders. Bharat Electronics Ltd. (BEL) will review its quarterly financial performance.

Bank of Baroda will take up standalone and consolidated Q2 FY26 results to review quarterly performance. GAIL (India) Ltd will meet to finalize financial statements for the quarter. Bajaj Electricals Ltd is scheduled to review its unaudited standalone and consolidated results for Q2 and H1FY26. Equitas Small Finance Bank will approve its quarterly financials reflecting half yearly operational performance.

Schaeffler India Ltd will consider its unaudited results comprising key segments across automotive and industrial operations. Zensar Technologies Ltd will announce its Q2 FY26 results post its board meeting, while Intellect Design Arena Ltd will announce quarterly performance in digital banking and technology solutions. Jubilant Pharmova Ltd will take up its Q2 FY26 results, and Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd will review the performance of the company in the real estate segment.

Medplus Health Services Ltd will review standalone and consolidated financials for Q2 and H1 FY26, and Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd will finalize its results and present half yearly business update. Vedanta Ltd will approve its Q2 FY26 results, and Dr. Lal PathLabs Ltd will announce quarterly and half yearly financials with discussions also expected on the proposal for dividend and bonus shares. The Phoenix Mills Ltd will review Q2 and H1 FY26 performance across its retail and commercial real estate portfolio.

Companies Considering Dividends and Bonus Proposals

Several companies are also likely to discuss dividend and bonus share declarations. Balkrishna Industries Ltd will review Q2 and H1 FY26 performance and may declare a second interim dividend for FY26. BPCL is likely to announce dividends along with quarterly results. Godrej Consumer Products Ltd will discuss dividend distribution on its Q2 FY26 performance review, and RR Kabel Ltd will consider interim dividend on financial results.

Steelcast Ltd will propose a dividend at its quarterly review. Shrem InvIT will discuss its Q2 FY26 results for declaration of distribution to unit holders. Aptus Value Housing Finance India Ltd may declare its first interim dividend for FY26, and Dr. Lal PathLabs Ltd could also propose dividend and bonus share issue in its board meeting.

Companies Discussing Fundraising and Other Business Matters Apart from considering earnings and dividend declarations, a few firms will also take up fundraising and other business issues. Shriram Finance Ltd will take up its Q2 FY26 earnings results along with fundraising, dividend, and other business proposals. Kalpataru Projects International Ltd will discuss its earnings results and other business operations. Similarly, Sustainable Energy Infra Trust will discuss its quarterly performance and operational plans. On the fundraising plans and other business prospects, GIC Housing Finance Ltd may be taking up the discussion. At the same time, other business items will be discussed in the CMI Ltd meeting.
