Mumbai, October 5, 2026: AceVector shares made their stock market debut below the IPO issue price on Monday, October 5, 2026, listing at ₹28.32 on NSE and ₹28.30 on BSE against the final issue price of ₹32 per share.
The NSE listing represented an 11.50% discount to the issue price, while the BSE listing was at an 11.56% discount. At 9:42 AM IST, AceVector shares were trading at ₹28.30 on BSE, unchanged from the BSE listing price.
AceVector Shares List At ₹28.32 On NSE And ₹28.30 On BSE
AceVector shares started trading at ₹28.32 on NSE and ₹28.30 on BSE, compared with the IPO issue price of ₹32. The NSE listing was ₹3.68 below the issue price, while the BSE listing was ₹3.70 lower.
In percentage terms, the shares debuted at an 11.50% discount on NSE and an 11.56% discount on BSE.
The IPO had a price band of ₹30–₹32 per share, with the final issue price fixed at the upper end of the band.
BSE Shares Remain Flat At ₹28.30 At 9:42 AM
At 9:42 AM IST on October 5, 2026, AceVector shares were trading at ₹28.30 on BSE. The price was unchanged from the BSE listing price of ₹28.30.
At this level, the shares remained ₹3.70, or 11.56%, below the ₹32 IPO issue price. The market snapshot showed a traded volume of 1,91,717 shares.
₹420 Crore IPO Combined Fresh Issue And OFS
AceVector raised ₹420 crore through a combination of a fresh issue and an offer for sale.
The fresh issue comprised 8.97 crore shares aggregating to ₹287 crore, while the offer-for-sale component comprised 4.16 crore shares worth ₹133 crore.
The total issue size stood at 13.13 crore shares.
IPO Received 5.07 Times Subscription
The AceVector IPO received 5.07 times overall subscription, with bids for 36,61,43,076 shares against 7,21,87,500 shares offered, according to the final subscription data.
The QIB category excluding the anchor portion was subscribed 3.42 times, while the NII category received 8.53 times subscription. The retail portion was subscribed 4.83 times.
The issue received 1,33,108 applications by the close of bidding on September 29.
NII Category Subscribed 8.53 Times
The NII portion received 8.53 times subscription, with bids for 16,79,37,120 shares against 1,96,87,500 shares offered.
Within the NII segment, applications above ₹10 lakh were subscribed 9.33 times, while applications below ₹10 lakh received 6.94 times subscription.
NII subscription increased from 1.31 times on September 28 to 8.53 times on the final bidding day.
Retail Portion Subscribed 4.83 Times
The retail portion was subscribed 4.83 times, with bids for 6,33,52,692 shares against 1,31,25,000 shares offered.
The IPO lot size was fixed at 468 shares. At the upper end of the price band, the minimum retail application required ₹14,976.
Retail subscription increased from 1.43 times on September 28 to 4.83 times on September 29.
QIB Portion Subscribed 3.42 Times
The QIB portion excluding the anchor allocation was subscribed 3.42 times.
Investors in this category placed bids for 13,48,53,264 shares against 3,93,75,000 shares offered. QIB subscription stood at 1.05 times on September 28 before increasing to 3.42 times on the final bidding day.
AceVector Shares Trade Below IPO Price After Debut
AceVector shares entered the secondary market at ₹28.32 on NSE and ₹28.30 on BSE, both below the ₹32 issue price.
At 9:42 AM IST, the BSE price remained at ₹28.30, indicating no change from the BSE listing price. Compared with the IPO issue price, the stock was still 11.56% lower.

AceVector shares debuted at ₹28.32 on NSE and ₹28.30 on BSE, marking discounts of 11.50% and 11.56%, respectively, to the ₹32 IPO issue price.
