Mumbai, September 30: Acme India Industries IPO was subscribed 1.76 times on the first day of bidding on Wednesday, September 30, 2026. The public issue received bids for 72,63,000 shares against 41,28,600 shares offered to investors.
The QIB (Ex Anchor) portion was subscribed 5.70 times, receiving bids for 67,24,200 shares against 11,79,000 shares offered.
The NII category was subscribed 0.21 times, while the individual investors category was subscribed 0.17 times.
The IPO opened for subscription on September 30 and will remain open until October 6, 2026.

The QIB (Ex Anchor) category received bids for 67,24,200 shares against 11,79,000 shares offered, resulting in a subscription of 5.70 times.
The NII category received bids for 1,87,200 shares against 8,85,600 shares offered, resulting in a subscription of 0.21 times. Within the NII segment, the bNII portion was subscribed 0.24 times, while the sNII portion was subscribed 0.15 times.
The individual investors category received bids for 3,51,600 shares against 20,64,000 shares offered, resulting in a subscription of 0.17 times.
Overall, Acme India Industries IPO received bids for 72,63,000 shares against 41,28,600 shares offered to the public. The total bid amount stood at ₹142.355 crore based on the upper end of the price band.

About Acme India Industries Ltd.
Incorporated in December 2021, Acme India Industries Limited operates in the Indian railway rolling stock sector, focusing on the design, manufacture, supply, installation and warranty maintenance of railway coach interiors and components.
The company provides turnkey furnishing solutions for new railway coaches, refurbishment, upgradation and conversion of old coaches, and modernization of toilet facilities.
Its products include Braille signage, FRP products, sanitary ware, epoxy flooring, decorative glass FRP, toilet and compartment doors, seats and berths, fire barrier coatings and hygiene-related products.
Since 2017, the company has completed 28 turnkey furnishing projects covering 1,610 coaches and supplied and upgraded 1,888 coaches and completed 10,948 toilet upgrades as of June 30, 2026.
