Mumbai, October 27: Aditya Birla Real Estate Limited share price witnessed positive investor demand today, on October 27. At the market close, the shares ended higher by 4.33%, or 72.80 points, at ₹1,755.20. The shares made an intraday high of ₹1,763.90 and an intraday low of ₹1,686.40. The traded volume stood at 2.91 lakh shares, with the company’s market cap at ₹18,792 crore. The shares have their 52-week high at ₹2,980 and their 52-week low at ₹1,562.60.
Aditya Birla Real Estate Limited is an Indian company that is engaged in developing real estate. The company was established in 1857, and is headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The shares of the company are listed on NSE with the ticker symbol ABREL and on BSE with the code 500040.
Key Trigger: Birla Estates Named Global and Regional Sector Leader in GRESB 2025
The rise in the share price comes after the company announced that its subsidiary Birla Estates Private Limited (BEPL) was awarded Global and Regional Sector Leader in the GRESB 2025 Real Estate Assessment. Birla Estates earned top honours at the 2025 GRESB Real Estate Assessment. It secured leading positions across multiple categories. The company was recognised as the Global Sector Leader in both Residential and Non-Listed Residential segments. Furthermore, it was also awarded the Regional Sector Leader (Asia) in the same categories. The company achieved a perfect 100/100 (5-star rating) in the Development Benchmark and a 94/100 (5-star rating) in the Standing Investment Benchmark. With this it ranked among the top-performing real estate companies worldwide.
