Mumbai, October 24: Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Ltd announced its financials for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. As per the report, the company’s consolidated net profit stood at ₹241.3 crore, slightly down from the ₹242.3 crore in the same period last year.

The shares of the company are listed on NSE with the ticker symbol ABSLAMC and on BSE with the code 543374.

Revenue At ₹461.32 Crore While PAT At ₹241.32 Crore

In Q2 FY26, the company reported revenue from operations of ₹461.32 crore, slightly higher than ₹447.39 crore in Q1 FY26 and ₹424.21 crore in Q2 FY25. Total income stood at ₹506.47 crore in Q2 FY26 compared to ₹565.27 crore in Q1 FY26 and ₹520.05 crore in Q2 FY25. Profit before tax was ₹315.60 crore in Q2 FY26 against ₹372.28 crore in Q1 FY26 and ₹335.09 crore in Q2 FY25. Net profit was ₹241.32 crore in Q2 FY26, lower than ₹277.11 crore in Q1 FY26 but almost same with ₹242.34 crore in Q2 FY25.

For the first half of FY26, revenue from operations was ₹908.71 crore and total income was ₹1,071.74 crore, compared to ₹810.83 crore and ₹1,001.48 crore respectively in H1 FY25. Profit before tax for H1 FY26 stood at ₹687.88 crore versus ₹639.60 crore in H1 FY25, while net profit rose to ₹518.43 crore from ₹478.05 crore. Basic EPS for the half year was ₹17.96, as compared to ₹16.58 a year ago.

Shares Fall By 1.83%

Following the announcement, Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Ltd share price saw negative investor demand. As of 2:31 PM, the shares are down by 1.83%, or 15.55 points, and are currently trading at ₹835.80. Until now, the shares have traded within a range of ₹856.55 and ₹826.40. The current traded volume stands at 3.09 lakh shares, with the company’s market cap at ₹24,578 crore. The shares have their 52-week high at ₹911.85 and their 52-week low at ₹556.45.

Adoption of New ESOP Scheme

Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC has introduced the Employees Stock Option and Performance Stock Unit Scheme 2025. Under the scheme the company has sett aside up to 57,73,438 company shares (with a face value of ₹5 each) for its employees. Under this scheme, the price for exercising Stock Options will be based on the market closing price just before the options are granted. For Performance Stock Units (PSUs), the exercise price is fixed at the face value of ₹5 per share. Employees will become eligible to own these shares gradually over a vesting period ranging from 1 to 5 years.
