Mumbai, September 24: Adroit Industries IPO continued to attract strong investor interest on the second day of bidding, with the ₹150.71 crore issue subscribed 18.08 times by September 24, 2026.

The IPO opened for subscription on September 23 and will close on September 25. By 5:40 PM on Day 2, investors had bid for 14,23,05,885 shares against 78,72,900 shares offered, taking the overall subscription to 18.08 times.

The NII category recorded the highest subscription among the three public investor categories at 27.22 times. The retail portion was subscribed 23.45 times, while the QIB (Ex Anchor) portion stood at 1.82 times.

Adroit Industries has fixed the issue price at ₹134 per share, with the price band set at ₹126 to ₹134. The lot size is 111 shares, requiring a minimum investment of ₹14,874 for retail investors at the upper end of the price band.

With one day still left in the bidding window, investors can continue to place bids until September 25.

Adroit Industries IPO is a ₹150.71 crore bookbuilding issue comprising a fresh issue of 98.97 lakh shares worth ₹132.62 crore and an offer for sale of 13.50 lakh shares worth ₹18.09 crore.

The IPO opened on September 23 and will remain open for subscription until September 25, 2026.

For retail investors, one lot consists of 111 shares. At the upper price band of ₹134, one lot requires an investment of ₹14,874. Investors can apply for additional lots in multiples of 111 shares.

The issue has reserved 50% of the total issue for QIBs, 15% for NIIs and 35% for retail investors.

Adroit Industries shares are proposed to be listed on both the BSE and NSE, with the tentative listing date set for September 30, 2026.

The retail portion received bids for 9,23,00,052 shares against 39,36,450 shares offered. This took the retail subscription to 23.45 times.

The NII category attracted bids for 4,59,15,483 shares against 16,87,050 shares available, translating into a subscription of 27.22 times.

Within the NII category, the portion for applications above ₹10 lakh was subscribed 22.55 times, while the portion for applications below ₹10 lakh was subscribed 36.54 times.

The QIB (Ex Anchor) portion received bids for 40,90,350 shares against 22,49,400 shares offered. This resulted in a subscription of 1.82 times.

A total of 7,04,859 applications had been received by the Day 2 update.

Day-wise Subscription Details

Adroit Industries IPO has completed two days of its three-day bidding period. The overall subscription jumped from 5.22 times on Day 1 to 18.08 times by Day 2.

Adroit Industries IPO Anchor Investors
