Mumbai, September 30, 2026: Adroit Industries (India) shares made their stock market debut at ₹235 per share on NSE on Wednesday, September 30, 2026.

The debut followed Adroit Industries’ ₹150.71 crore IPO, which received 176.85 times overall subscription during the September 23–25 bidding period.

Adroit Industries Shares Debut At ₹235

Adroit Industries shares started trading at ₹235, compared with the final IPO price of ₹134. This gave investors who received shares in the IPO a listing premium of ₹101 per share.

The company’s IPO had a price band of ₹126–₹134 per share, with the final issue price fixed at the upper end of the band.

At the time of listing, the shares therefore began trading significantly above the price at which they were allotted to investors.

₹150.71 Crore IPO Combined Fresh Issue And OFS

Adroit Industries raised ₹150.71 crore through a combination of fresh issue and offer for sale.

The fresh issue comprised 98.97 lakh shares worth ₹132.62 crore, while existing shareholders offered 13.50 lakh shares aggregating to ₹18.09 crore through the OFS component.

The total issue size stood at 1,12,47,000 shares.

IPO Received 176.85 Times Subscription

The Adroit Industries IPO received 176.85 times overall subscription, with bids for 139,22,95,200 shares against 78,72,900 shares offered, according to the final subscription data.

The QIB category was subscribed 195.04 times, while the NII portion received 332.35 times subscription. The retail category was subscribed 99.81 times.

The issue received 31,47,253 applications by the close of bidding on September 25.

NII Category Gets 332.35 Times Subscription

The NII category received bids for 56,06,83,422 shares against 16,87,050 shares offered, resulting in subscription of 332.35 times.

Within the NII segment, applications above ₹10 lakh were subscribed 345.97 times, while applications below ₹10 lakh received 305.09 times subscription.

NII subscription increased from 27.22 times on September 24 to 332.35 times on the final bidding day.

Retail Investors Subscribe 99.81 Times

The retail portion received bids for 39,28,92,381 shares against 39,36,450 shares offered, taking subscription to 99.81 times.

The IPO lot size was fixed at 111 shares. At the upper end of the price band, the minimum retail application required ₹14,874.

Retail subscription increased from 23.45 times on September 24 to 99.81 times on the final day.

QIB Portion Subscribed 195.04 Times

The QIB portion excluding the anchor allocation was subscribed 195.04 times.

Investors in this category placed bids for 43,87,19,397 shares against 22,49,400 shares offered. QIB subscription stood at 1.82 times on September 24 before increasing sharply on the final bidding day.

Adroit Industries Listing Follows Strong IPO Demand

The IPO opened on September 23, 2026, and closed on September 25. The basis of allotment was scheduled for September 28, followed by share credit on September 29.

Adroit Industries shares entered the secondary market at ₹235 on September 30. At 10:05:30 AM IST, the stock was trading at ₹248.39, representing a 5.70% rise from the listing price.
