Advance Agrolife IPO: Price Band Set at ₹95-100; Issue to Open on September 30

New Delhi, Sep 25, 2025 – Advance Agrolife Ltd has released the price band for its upcoming ₹193 crore initial public issue (IPO). The issue will open on September 30 and will close on October 3.

IPO details

The company has set the price range at ₹95-100 for each share. The IPO will be a completely fresh issue of 1.93 crore equity shares. This means it will raise a total of ₹193 crore at the upper end of the band. Funds from the issue will primarily be devoted to strengthening the operations of the firm. An amount of around ₹135 crore will be utilized for working capital requirements and for general corporate purposes.

Business Overview

Advance Agrolife manufactures all types of agrochemical crop products that assist crops throughout their entire tenure. They manufacture fungicides, herbicides, insecticides, and plant growth regulators, besides micro-nutrient fertilizers and biofertilizers. In financial year 2024-25, it earned ₹502 crore, and the net profit was ₹25.6 crore. That reflects steady growth in a sector crucial to India’s agriculture-based economy.

• Stock exchanges:  The equity shares will be listed on both BSE and NSE.
