Patent to Support Engineering and Product Innovation
The patented technology automates the generation of 3D models for braided hose assemblies, which could support engineering and design processes. The development reflects Aeroflex’s efforts to expand its technological capabilities and improve product customisation.
The company offers more than 3,300 stock-keeping units (SKUs), with hose diameters ranging from 1/4 inch to 14 inches. Its products serve customers across multiple industries and applications, including liquid cooling infrastructure.
Managing Director Asad Daud said research and development remain central to the company’s growth strategy. He added that continued investment in automation, engineering and product innovation would support Aeroflex’s long-term competitiveness.
The company did not disclose the patent’s expected financial contribution or a timeline for commercial deployment.
