Mumbai, October 23, 2025: The share price of Afcom Holdings Ltd (BSE: 544224) surged 3% as of 3:09 PM IST, extending its upward trend following robust operational highlights for Q2 FY26. The logistics solutions provider reported strong volume growth, new route additions, and a 166% year-on-year increase in revenue during the first half of FY26.

Afcom Holdings Ltd is a Chennai, India-based logistics solutions company that focuses on air cargo operations, interline freight management, and transshipment. Its business spans the world, including Asia, Europe, and various areas of the Middle East, with growing interest in value-added cargo solutions and chartered freight.

Operational and Financial Highlights

Afcom Holdings Ltd reported a stable second quarter during FY26, driven by network expansion, new interline agreements, and increased cargo throughput through its key transshipment hubs in Male and Chennai.

In the first half of FY26, a total of 888 cargo voyages were completed, representing an increase of 8.45% over the prior quarter. Cargo volume totaled 11,856.47 tons with a 16.42% increase over the preceding quarter. Cargo load factors remained robust at 89.80% demonstrating effective utilization of capacities across its chartering services.

The revenue for H1 FY26 increased by 166% from H1 FY25, a 57.72% increase over H2 FY25, on a year-over-year basis. Revenue in Q2 FY26 increased sequentially by 2.1% from Q1 FY26, indicating steady operating momentum.

Network Expansion and New Trade Lanes

Afcom introduced new Yangon and Hanoi branches serving customers, including Winfast and Samsung, as it increased its presence in Southeast Asia. It introduced a new Yangon–Male trade corridor, allowing greater access to the European Union and the United States, with a major value being the export of garments for H&M, Inditex, and Adidas.

The airline entered into Special Pro-Rate Agreements with Nippon Cargo Airlines and Vietnam Airlines for a boost to ex-Bangkok service, with new routes from Narita (NRT) and Incheon (ICN) beefing up interline connectivity.

Chennai was developed as an International Transshipment Hub, with cumulative cargo flows from Yangon to Europe via Male, as also from Bangkok and Hanoi to Colombo and Male.

Interline and Partner Activity

Afcom extended interline operating arrangements further via ICH with Nippon Cargo, VietJet, Fly Dubai, Condor Airlines, and Etihad Airways, enhancing worldwide network coverage. It also collaborated with Sonic Brand to promote export payloads out of Bangkok, further enhancing its cargo load utilization.
