Mumbai, November 6: Ajmera Realty’s share price witnessed negative demand today, after the company reported a 14% YoY decline in consolidated net profit to ₹3,037 lakh for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. At the market close, Ajmera Realty’s share price ended lower by 3.59%, or 37.70 points, at ₹1,013.90. The Ajmera Realty shares made an intraday high of ₹1,079 and an intraday low of ₹1,003.70. The traded volume for the shares was 2.89 lakh shares, with the company’s market cap at ₹4,139 crore. The stock of Ajmera Realty has its 52-week high at ₹1,224.90 and its 52-week low at ₹681.55.

Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd (NSE: AJMERA, BSE: 513349) is an Indian company that is engaged in the business of constructing and selling residential and commercial properties. The company was established in 1985 and is headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Ajmera Realty Q2FY26 and Half-yearly Financial Highlights

For Q2FY26, Ajmera Realty reported a consolidated Revenue from Operations of ₹21,904 lakh, a 9.6% increase year-on-year (YoY). Total Income grew 8.3% to ₹22,101 lakh. Profit Before Tax fell 6.0% to ₹6,280 lakh, and Net Profit declined 14.1% to ₹3,037 lakh.

For the first half of the fiscal year (H1FY26), the company posted revenue of ₹47,747 lakh, a 21.3% increase. Its net profit grew by 2.8% to ₹6,865 lakh. The company also announced a 1-into-5 stock split. It will result in the sub-division of one equity share with a face value of ₹10 into five equity shares with a face value of ₹2 each. The action is aimed at enhancing liquidity and making the stock affordable for investors.
