Mumbai September, 17: Alan Scott Enterprises Limited has allotted 5,92,931 partly paid-up equity shares following its rights issue, according to the outcome of the company’s Rights Issue Committee meeting held on September 17, 2026. The committee meeting was convened to consider the allotment of partly paid-up equity shares against applications received under the rights issue. The company said the allotment was approved pursuant to the offer letter and related rights issue documents.
The committee also approved the necessary corporate action for crediting the allotted partly paid-up equity shares to the respective applicants’ demat accounts, subject to the applicable procedures.
