Allcargo Logistics Adopts Oracle Cloud to Streamline Finance Operations

Mumbai, October 21: Allcargo Logistics Limited has implemented Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications to transform its financial processes, reducing month-end closing time by 30% through automation and improved operational visibility.

Oracle Cloud Automates Finance and Procurement

The logistics company has moved from legacy on-premises systems to Oracle’s cloud platform to support its expanding operations. Founded in 1993, Allcargo Logistics operates more than 700 facilities in India and serves customers across industries including e-commerce, automotive and pharmaceuticals.

Through Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), the company has standardised finance processes across its operations. The implementation brings more than 4,000 users and over 700 operating units onto a single integrated platform, reducing manual work and strengthening financial controls and reporting.

Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement has also helped automate end-to-end procurement processes, giving teams a more consistent view of purchasing activity across distributed operations.

Sanjay Khiyani, Chief Information Officer at Allcargo Logistics, said the implementation supports the company’s digital transformation strategy and operational efficiency goals.

The project was managed by Oracle PartnerNetwork partner Grant Thornton Bharat. Oracle said its AI and Fusion Agentic Applications can further help automate routine tasks and allow teams to focus on higher-value decisions.
