Mumbai, September 10: The Amtech Esters IPO saw stronger participation on the second day of bidding, with the issue subscribed 2.82 times by 5:08:37 PM on September 10, 2026. The ₹17.88 crore IPO is entirely a fresh issue of 23.84 lakh shares.
The IPO opened on September 9 and will close on September 11, 2026. The price band has been fixed at ₹71 to ₹75 per share.

Brief Overview Of The IPO
Amtech Esters is raising ₹17.88 crore through its IPO. The entire issue comprises a fresh issue of 23.84 lakh shares. The price band is ₹71 to ₹75 per share, with a face value of ₹10 per share.
The lot size has been fixed at 1,600 shares. Retail investors need to apply for a minimum of two lots, or 3,200 shares, which requires ₹2,40,000 at the upper end of the price band. For HNI investors, the minimum application is three lots, or 4,800 shares, involving an investment of ₹3,60,000.
