Mumbai, September 25, 2025 — The much-anticipated ₹745 crore IPO of financial services major Anand Rathi Share and Stock Brokers Ltd. concluded with a highly impressive response across various investor categories. The issue was oversubscribed by 21.83 times, with critical and major participation from institutional investors. Retail participation was also quite high (5.11 times).

Final Subscription Breakdown

As of 5:15 PM on the third and final day (September 25, 2025), the issue garnered massive interest from investors across almost all categories. The strongest demand came from QIBs, which subscribed 46.25 times, followed by Non-Institutional Investors (30.16 times), with bNII at 32.01 times and sNII at 26.45 times. Retail investors also showed healthy participation at 5.11 times, while the employee quota was subscribed 2to .70 times. Anchor investors had fully subscribed earlier. In total, bids were placed for 27.65 crore shares against 1.27 crore shares on offer, generating applications worth ₹11,448 crore, reflecting robust investor confidence.

Highlights of the Subscription

The QIB segment saw the most robust demand as investors from both domestic and foreign institutions supported the issue with large applications. The participation of NIIs was also quite impressive. The retail quota was also quite easily covered, and the employee quota was also eventually oversubscribed.

Anchor Investor Allocation

On 22nd September 2025, the company raised ₹220.49 crore through the allocation of 53.26 lakh shares to anchor investors at ₹414 per share. The anchor book featured HDFC Mutual Fund, Kotak Small Cap Fund, Quant Mutual Fund, Aditya Birla Sun Life, SBI Life Insurance, and Morgan Stanley India Investment Fund, among others.

Lead Managers and Registrar

The issue is managed by Anand Rathi Advisors Ltd, Axis Capital Ltd, and ICICI Securities Ltd as book-running lead managers. The registrar of the issue is Link Intime India Pvt Ltd, which will handle allotment and refund processes.
