Mumbai, Oct 9, 2025: The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Anantam Highways Trust (Series IV) is witnessing strong investor participation across all investor categories on its last day of bidding. The IPO achieved full subscription by midday.

Anantam Highways Trust is a registered Infrastructure Investment Trust (InvIT). It is managed by Alpha Alternatives Fund-Infra Advisors Pvt. Ltd. The trust focuses on the operation, maintenance, and monetisation of national and state highway assets.

Anantam Highways Trust IPO Overall Subscription At 1.35 Times

As of 2:30 PM, the issue was subscribed 1.35 times, receiving bids for 3,03,46,350 shares against 2,24,49,000 shares on offer. The subscription is being driven by Non-Institutional Buyers, who have subscribed 2.19 times with bids for 2,23,36,200 shares against 1,02,04,050 shares available. Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) have subscribed 0.65 times, bidding for 80,10,150 shares against 1,22,44,950 shares reserved for their category.

Anantam Highways Trust IPO Raised ₹179.99 Crore From Anchor Investors

Before the opening of Anantam Highways Trust IPO, the trust raised ₹179.99 crore from 13 anchor investors, allocating 1,79,99,850 units at ₹100 per unit. Key investors included WhiteOak Capital, SBI Capital Markets, Edelweiss Life Insurance, Reliance General Insurance, and Minerva Ventures Fund.

Anantam Highways Trust IPO Issue Size of ₹400 Crore

The issue size for the IPO is ₹400 crore, including an entirely fresh issue of 4 crore shares. The price band for the IPO is ₹98 to ₹100 per share. The IPO opened on October 7 and will close today, on October 9. The IPO is expected to list on NSE and BSE on October 17. Allotment is expected to be finalised on October 14, while credit of shares and refund initiation are expected to happen on October 16.

Anantam Highways Trust IPO Investment in highway Concession And TOT Projects Main Fundraising Motive

Anantam Highways Trust will use the IPO proceeds mainly for investments in highway concession and TOT projects under the NHAI framework. It will also use the proceeds for debt repayment and operational expenses linked to existing assets, along with working capital and trust-level reserves for future growth.
