Mumbai, Oct 6, 2025: Anantam Highways Trust IPO will open its initial public offering (IPO) for subscription on October 7, 2025. The company aims to raise ₹40.82 crore through the issue of 40,81,620 units, priced between ₹98 and ₹100 per unit.
According to the offer document, this is the fourth series under the trust’s infrastructure investment initiative, structured to mobilize funds for national highway projects developed under long-term annuity or toll-operate-transfer (TOT) models.
Anantam Highways Trust is a registered infrastructure InvIT and focuses on developing, operating, and maintaining national and state highway assets. The trust’s first three series experienced solid growth and are now delivering consistent returns in relation to their indicative IRRs.
Anantam Highways Trust IPO Snapshot
Anantam Highways Trust is launching its Series IV public issue of units, with an approximate issue size of ₹40.82 crore. The price band for the issue is set at ₹98–₹100 per unit. The issue opens on October 7, 2025, and closes on October 9, 2025, and is expected to be listed on BSE and NSE.
Anantam Highways Trust IPO Objective Of The Issue
The funds raised from the issuance are expected to be primarily used to pay for:
- Financing highway concession projects awarded by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI).
- Pay down debt and optimize working capital for existing infrastructure assets.
- General trust purposes, including maintenance reserve and operational contingencies.
The infrastructure InvIT sector continues to gain traction, as India ramps up its National Infrastructure Pipeline (NIP) and looks towards private capital involvement in multi-modal and transport corridors. The Anantam Highways Trust issue is expected to capture institutional and high-net-worth investors who are looking for stable yield opportunities because the projects are backed by annuities (and annuity-based cash flows).
The Anantam Highways Trust Series IV issue will be open for bidding from October 7 to October 9, 2025, with allotment and listing expected shortly after closure.
