Annu Projects IPO opened for subscription on August 25 and got off to a slow start on Day 1. The ₹175.06 crore issue was subscribed 0.04 times by 10:59 AM on August 25, with retail investors subscribing 0.06 times of their reserved portion. The NII category stood at 0.02 times, while the QIB portion had not received any bids at the time of the update. The IPO will remain open until August 28.

Mumbai, August 25: The Annu Projects IPO made a muted start on the opening day of bidding, with investors yet to show significant interest across the issue. The ₹175.06 crore IPO was subscribed 0.04 times as of 10:59 AM on August 25, with retail investors accounting for most of the bids placed so far.
The issue had received bids for 6,94,751 shares against 1,76,83,000 shares available for subscription. Based on the upper end of the price band, the bids were worth around ₹6.88 crore. The IPO had attracted 3,074 applications at the time of the update.
The retail portion has seen the strongest response among the investor categories so far. It was subscribed 0.06 times, with bids coming in for 5,57,643 shares against 88,41,500 shares reserved for retail investors.
The NII category was subscribed 0.02 times, receiving bids for 1,37,108 shares compared with the 70,73,200 shares on offer. Within the NII segment, bNII demand stood at 0.01 times, while the sNII portion was relatively better at 0.05 times.
The QIB portion had not attracted any bids at the time of the latest update, leaving the category at 0.00 times subscription.
Annu Projects is a ₹175.06 crore bookbuilding IPO, consisting entirely of a fresh issue of 1.76 crore shares. There is no offer-for-sale component in the issue.
The company has fixed the IPO price band at ₹94 to ₹99 per share. The issue opened on August 25, 2026, and will remain available for subscription until August 28, 2026.
