Mumbai, August 26: The Annu Projects IPO saw demand improve on its second day, although the issue is still some distance away from full subscription. According to the latest data available at 3:01 PM on August 26, 2026, the ₹175.06 crore public issue was subscribed 0.47 times.

Investors had placed bids for 82,81,293 shares, compared with 1,76,83,000 shares on offer. Based on the upper end of the ₹94-₹99 price band, the bids were worth around ₹81.95 crore.

The issue had received 26,405 applications by the time of the update.

Among the three main investor categories, QIBs had the highest subscription at 0.58 times. Retail investors followed at 0.51 times, while the NII portion stood at 0.39 times.

The numbers suggest that interest has picked up from the opening day, but the final two days of bidding will be important for the issue.

QIB demand remains the strongest among the main categories, although the portion is yet to be fully subscribed.

Retail participation has also improved noticeably. The category moved from 0.28x on Day 1 to 0.51x on Day 2, meaning investors have covered just over half of the shares reserved for them.

Within the NII segment, sNII investors are at 0.50x, ahead of the 0.34x subscription recorded by bNII investors.

Day-Wise Subscription Trend

The Annu Projects IPO closed its first day with subscription of 0.34 times. By 3:01 PM on Day 2, the overall figure had climbed to 0.47 times.

The clearest movement has come from the retail category, which nearly doubled its subscription level from 0.28x to 0.51x.

NII demand has also edged higher, while QIB participation has remained broadly steady at around 0.58x.

The IPO now enters its final stretch. Whether the issue reaches full subscription will largely depend on the pace of bidding during the remaining sessions.

Annu Projects is raising ₹175.06 crore through a bookbuilding issue. Unlike IPOs that combine fresh shares with an offer for sale, this issue consists entirely of a fresh issue of 1,76,83,000 equity shares.

Annu Projects IPO Issue Reservation

Retail investors have the largest reservation in the issue, while NIIs account for 40% of the shares offered to the public.
