Annu Projects IPO Subscription Day 3: Issue 0.88 Times Subscribed, Bidding Closes Today

Annu Projects IPO has received a mixed response so far, with the issue subscribed 0.88 times by the end of Day 3. QIB demand has crossed the one-time mark, while NII and retail portions remain below full subscription. The IPO is still open and will close today, August 28, 2026.

Mumbai, August 28: The Annu Projects IPO is heading into its final day of bidding with the issue yet to be fully subscribed. By the end of Day 3 on August 27, the IPO had been subscribed 0.88 times, according to the latest available subscription data.
The ₹175.06-crore IPO opened on August 25 and will close today, August 28. This means investors still have the entire final bidding day to place their applications.
The issue is entirely a fresh issue of 1.77 crore equity shares, with the price band fixed at ₹94 to ₹99 per share.
Annu Projects IPO Subscription Status
The strongest response so far has come from qualified institutional buyers. The QIB portion was subscribed 1.16 times by the end of Day 3.
The NII category was subscribed 0.90 times, while the retail portion stood at 0.81 times. Overall, investors had bid for around 1.55 crore shares against the 1.77 crore shares available in the public issue.

The IPO had received 42,184 applications by the end of Day 3.
Subscription Picks Up on Day 3
The IPO started its subscription journey on a relatively slow note, with the issue receiving 0.34 times subscription on Day 1. The response improved to 0.47 times by the end of Day 2.
Demand picked up more noticeably on Day 3, taking the overall subscription to 0.88 times. The QIB segment also moved from 0.58 times on Day 2 to 1.16 times on Day 3.

Annu Projects IPO Details
Annu Projects is raising around ₹175.06 crore through a fresh issue of 1,76,83,000 shares. The company has set the IPO price band at ₹94 to ₹99 per share, with a face value of ₹10 per share.
The minimum application size for retail investors is 151 shares. At the upper end of the price band, a retail investor needs to invest ₹14,949 for one lot.
The IPO is a book-built issue and the shares are proposed to be listed on BSE and NSE.
Annu Projects IPO Issue Reservation
The issue has been divided across investor categories, with 10% reserved for QIBs, 40% for NIIs and 50% for retail investors.
The total issue size stands at 1,76,83,000 shares.
At the upper price of ₹99, the total issue value comes to around ₹175.06 crore.
Annu Projects IPO Allotment and Listing Date
As per the tentative schedule, the basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on August 31, 2026. Refunds are also expected to begin on August 31, while shares are likely to be credited to successful applicants on September 1.
The IPO is scheduled to list on September 2, 2026, on both BSE and NSE.
