Annu Projects IPO Subscription Reaches 0.49x on Day 3; QIB at 0.58x

The Annu Projects IPO is seeing a measured response so far on the third day of bidding. As of 10:19 AM on August 27, 2026, the ₹175.06 crore issue was subscribed 0.49 times overall. QIB investors had subscribed 0.58x of their portion, while retail investors stood at 0.55x and NIIs at 0.39x. The IPO remains open and will close on August 28.

Mumbai, August 27: The Annu Projects IPO is yet to reach full subscription as bidding moves through Day 3. The ₹175.06 crore public issue opened on August 25 and is scheduled to remain open until August 28, 2026.
As of 10:19 AM on August 27, investors had bid for 86,58,642 shares against 1,76,83,000 shares offered in the public issue. This translates into an overall subscription of 0.49 times. The issue had received 28,453 applications at the latest update.
The response has been fairly balanced across investor categories, although none of the major portions has crossed the 1x mark yet.
QIB Subscription Stands at 0.58x
The QIB (Ex Anchor) portion currently has the highest subscription among the main investor categories at 0.58 times.
QIB investors have placed bids for 10,20,307 shares against 17,68,300 shares offered to the category.
The retail portion has received bids for 48,52,536 shares against 88,41,500 shares reserved for retail investors. This puts the retail subscription at 0.55 times.
Meanwhile, the NII category has been subscribed 0.39 times, with bids for 27,85,799 shares against 70,73,200 shares available.
Within the NII segment, the sNII portion is ahead at 0.51x, while the bNII portion stands at 0.34x.

The IPO started with an overall subscription of 0.34x on Day 1. By the end of Day 2, the figure had improved to 0.47x as retail participation picked up.
On Day 3, the overall subscription has moved further to 0.49x as of the latest update. Retail demand has increased from 0.51x on Day 2 to 0.55x, while the QIB portion remains at 0.58x.
NII subscription has stayed at 0.39x, although the sNII portion has edged up from 0.50x to 0.51x.
Annu Projects IPO Details
The Annu Projects IPO is a bookbuilding issue worth ₹175.06 crore. The price band has been fixed at ₹94 to ₹99 per share.
The minimum lot size is 151 shares, which means a retail investor needs ₹14,949 at the upper end of the price band to apply for one lot.
The issue is entirely a fresh issue and comprises:
- Fresh Issue: 1,76,83,000 shares worth ₹175.06 crore
- Offer for Sale: None
- Total Issue Size: 1,76,83,000 shares
The company has reserved 10% of the issue for QIBs, 40% for NIIs and 50% for retail investors.
The IPO is scheduled to list on both the NSE and BSE.
Annu Projects IPO Lot Size
Investors can apply for a minimum of 151 shares and in multiples of 151 shares thereafter.
At the upper price of ₹99 per share, one retail lot requires an investment of ₹14,949.
For HNI investors, the minimum application starts at 2,114 shares for the sHNI category, requiring ₹2,09,286 at the upper price. The minimum bHNI application is 10,117 shares, amounting to ₹10,01,583.
What Happens After the IPO Closes?
The Annu Projects IPO is still open for subscription and will close on August 28, 2026. Investors still have the remainder of the bidding period to place their applications.
