Mumbai, August 26: The Annu Projects IPO saw a modest improvement in demand on its second day, although the issue is still some distance away from full subscription.

By the end of bidding on August 26, 2026, the ₹175.06 crore IPO was subscribed 0.38 times, with investors placing bids for 66,45,057 shares against 1,76,83,000 shares available in the public issue. The QIB category continued to lead among the investor segments, with its portion subscribed 0.57 times. The NII category reached 0.37 times, while the retail portion was subscribed 0.34 times.

The Annu Projects IPO opened on August 25 and will remain open for subscription until August 28, 2026.

The QIB segment has seen the strongest response so far. Its subscription remained at 0.57 times on both Day 1 and Day 2. Retail participation improved from 0.28 times to 0.34 times, while the NII category moved up from 0.36 times to 0.37 times.

Annu Projects IPO Day 2 Subscription Details

The retail portion was subscribed 0.34 times on Day 2. Investors bid for 30,47,180 shares against 88,41,500 shares reserved for the category.

The NII portion received bids for 25,87,687 shares, compared with 70,73,200 shares on offer, taking its subscription level to 0.37 times.

Breaking the NII category down further, the sNII portion was subscribed 0.43 times, while the bNII portion stood at 0.33 times.

The QIB category received bids for 10,10,190 shares against 17,68,300 shares offered, resulting in a subscription of 0.57 times.

Overall, the issue moved up from 0.34 times on Day 1 to 0.38 times on Day 2.

The day-wise bidding trend shows a gradual increase in overall demand:

The table shows that the biggest movement came from retail investors, whose subscription level increased from 0.28 times to 0.34 times. NII demand also edged higher, while QIB participation stayed unchanged at 0.57 times.

Annu Projects IPO Price Band and Lot Size

Annu Projects has fixed the IPO price band at ₹94 to ₹99 per share. The lot size is 151 shares, making ₹14,949 the minimum investment required by a retail investor bidding at the upper end of the price band.

For sNII investors, the minimum application is for 2,114 shares, or 14 lots, requiring an investment of ₹2,09,286 at the upper price.

A bNII investor needs to apply for at least 10,117 shares, equivalent to 67 lots, involving an investment of ₹10,01,583 at the upper band.

The shares are proposed to be listed on both the BSE and NSE, with the tentative listing date set for September 2, 2026.

Annu Projects IPO Issue Details

The Annu Projects IPO is entirely a fresh issue of 1,76,83,000 equity shares, aggregating to around ₹175.06 crore at the upper end of the price band.
