The Annu Projects IPO closed for subscription on August 28, 2026, after four days of bidding. The issue ended with an overall subscription of 2.93 times. The NII portion drew the most interest at 3.55 times, while the retail category was subscribed 2.68 times and QIB (Ex Anchor) 1.72 times.

Mumai, August 28: The Annu Projects IPO is officially closed for subscription. The ₹175.06 crore issue, which opened on August 25, received a stronger response as bidding moved towards the final day and ended with an overall subscription of 2.93 times. 

Investors placed bids for 5,18,26,673 shares against the 1,76,83,000 shares available in the issue. 

The NII segment led the subscription race, finishing at 3.55 times. Within this category, the sNII portion for applications below ₹10 lakh was subscribed 4.47 times, while the bNII segment for applications above ₹10 lakh reached 3.09 times. 

The retail portion also crossed the two-times mark and closed at 2.68 times. Retail investors bid for 2,36,65,777 shares against 88,41,500 shares offered. The QIB (Ex Anchor) portion ended at 1.72 times. 

Annu Projects IPO Details 

The Annu Projects IPO is a ₹175.06 crore book-built issue made up entirely of a fresh issue of 1.77 crore shares. The company had set the price band at ₹94 to ₹99 per share, with each lot containing 151 shares. 

The issue opened on August 25 and closed on August 28, 2026. The IPO allotment is expected to be completed on August 31, while the tentative listing is scheduled for September 2 on BSE and NSE. 

For retail investors, one lot required an investment of ₹14,949 at the upper end of the price band.

Annu Projects IPO Issue Reservation 

The issue had a total of 1,76,83,000 shares on offer. QIBs were allotted 17,68,300 shares, representing 10% of the issue. NIIs had 70,73,200 shares, or 40%, reserved for them, while the retail category received the largest allocation of 88,41,500 shares, or 50%. 

Annu Projects IPO Lot Size 

Investors could apply for a minimum of 151 shares, which made up one lot. Based on the upper price of ₹99, the cost of one retail lot came to ₹14,949. 

For HNI investors, the minimum application was 14 lots, or 2,114 shares. At the upper end of the price band, this required an investment of ₹2,09,286.

The IPO attracted a total of 1,41,993 applications during the four-day bidding period. 

Among the three main investor groups, NII investors showed the strongest interest at 3.55 times. Retail investors followed with 2.68 times subscription, while the QIB (Ex Anchor) portion closed at 1.72 times.

Conclusion 

The Annu Projects IPO wrapped up its subscription period with a 2.93 times overall subscription. The issue had received a relatively muted response in the first two days, but demand picked up on Day 3 and accelerated sharply on the final day. 

The total subscription moved from 0.88 times at the end of Day 3 to 2.93 times by the close. The NII category finished ahead of the other segments at 3.55 times, while retail investors subscribed 2.68 times and the QIB (Ex Anchor) portion reached 1.72 times. 

With the bidding window now shut, the focus shifts to the allotment. Annu Projects IPO allotment is expected on August 31, 2026, followed by the credit of shares on September 1 and the tentative stock market listing on September 2.
