Allotment status for Anondita Medicare Initial Public Offering will be finalised today. The ₹69 crore IPO of Anondita Medicare Limited saw immense demand from retail and other types of investors and broke the record for the highest oversubscription in the SME segment with an oversubscription of 277.37 times.

The IPO closed on August 26, 2025 and its shares will be listed on Monday, September 1. Retail investors can check the allotment status by visiting the NSE portal or the registrar’s website, which is Maashitla Securities Private Limited.

On successful allotment, the shares will be credited to the demat account of retail investors by tomorrow, August 29. However, in case of non-allotment, retail investors will receive the refunds by tomorrow, August 29.

Anondita Medicare Limited is a company engaged in the sexual wellness segment. It manufactures flavoured male condoms under its brand called “COBRA”. The company was incorporated in March 2024 and is headquartered in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

Anondita Medicare IPO Subscription Details

The IPO issue received total bids of 95.49 crore shares against 34.43 lakh shares, with a record overall subscription of 277.37 times. Demand from retail investors was the highest as they subscribed to the issue 286.12 times. Furthermore, subscription from Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) was 248.32 times, while Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) subscribed the issue 153.00 times.
