New Delhi, October 29, 2025 – APL Apollo Tubes Ltd (NSE: APLAPOLLO, BSE: 533758) announced a robust 460% rise in consolidated net profit of ₹301.54 crore for the quarter ending September 30, 2025, from ₹53.81 crore in the year-ago quarter on the strength of strong demand recovery and higher realizations across the product segments.

Key Financial Highlights

For the second quarter of fiscal year 2026, revenue grew by 9% year on year to ₹5,206.3 crore and total income grew by 9.2%. EBITDA is expected to grow by 48.4% year on year to ₹471.65 crore. Net profit grew by 460% year on year to ₹301.54 crore, translating into Earnings Per Share of ₹10.86, reinforcing strong profitability and accelerating sequential growth.

Half-Yearly Performance

In H1 FY26, revenue from operations increased by 6.4% year-on-year to ₹10,376.07 crore, while net profit more than doubled to ₹538.71 crore. EPS also increased by 118% year-on-year to ₹19.41, demonstrating solid earnings growth coupled with improved operating performance.

Segment & Operational Overview

Higher volumes in the structural and construction segments, underpinned by infrastructure spending and industrial recovery, benefited the company. Also, the cost of materials consumed rose only 6.4% year over year to ₹4,353.66 crore, aiding margin improvement. Furthermore, employee costs were ₹88.67 crore, down sequentially, and finance costs were ₹27.6 crore.
