Apsis Aerocom Bags Defence Supply Order; Shares Rise 1%

Apsis Aerocom secured a ₹7.24 crore domestic defence supply order with a 10-month execution timeline, while the company’s shares traded higher in morning deals on May 10.

Mumbai, May 8: Apsis Aerocom informed the NSE Emerge that it has received a purchase order from a domestic customer operating in the defence segment, according to a regulatory filing.
The company said the contract is valued at ₹7,24,02,780 and has been classified as a domestic supply order.
According to the filing submitted under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the order is scheduled to be executed within 10 months.
Apsis Aerocom did not disclose the customer’s identity, citing confidentiality obligations and commercial sensitivity associated with the agreement.
The company also clarified that the contract does not involve related party transactions and that promoters or promoter group entities do not have any interest in the awarding customer.
The latest order adds to the company’s defence-linked order pipeline at a time when domestic procurement activity and localisation initiatives continue creating opportunities for smaller aerospace and precision engineering suppliers.

The stock was quoted near ₹287 at 10:30 a.m. IST on May 10, compared with the previous close around ₹284, according to exchange data.
The stock moved within a relatively narrow trading range during the morning session after opening near ₹285.
