Aptus Pharma Makes Strong Market Debut at ₹80.80, Lists 15% Above IPO Price of ₹70

Ahmedabad, September 30, 2025: Aptus Pharma Limited IPO made a strong listing today on the BSE SME platform. The shares were listed at ₹80.80 per share, marking a premium of 15.43% over their issue price of ₹70. As of 12:30 PM, the shares were up by 17.71%, or 12.40 points, and were trading at ₹82.40. Until now, the shares have traded within a range of ₹84.84 and a low of ₹80.80. The current traded volume stands at 8.04 lakh shares.

Aptus Pharma Limited is an Indian company that is engaged in the pharmaceutical sector. It markets and distributes finished pharmaceutical formulations. The company was established in 2010 and is headquartered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The shares of the company are only listed on the BSE SME with the symbol APPL.

Aptus Pharma IPO Raised ₹3.70 Crore From Anchor Investors

Ahead of the IPO, Aptus Pharma raised ₹3.70 crore from anchor investors by allotting 5,28,000 shares at ₹70 each. Key investors included 31 Degrees North Fund, Eminence Global Fund PCC – Eubilía Capital Partners Fund I, and Zeal Global Opportunities Fund.

Aptus Pharma IPO Received Overall Subscription of 20.82 Times

The IPO had received an overwhelming response across investor categories. It was subscribed 20.82 times overall, led by retail investors (31.54x) and HNIs (21.51x), while QIBs subscribed 1.24x.
