Gurugram, November 12, 2025 — Share price of Artemis Medicare Services Ltd rallied over 7% buoyed by a robust set of September quarter results. At 13:40, the share was trading at ₹270.49 with an upward momentum from its previous close of ₹251.94.

The financial results of the company highlighted strong operational and profit growth, which fueled its share price in the trading sessions on Wednesday. The share opened at ₹257.09 and traded between ₹283.19 and ₹257.09 so far. In this session, the company had a market cap of 3,508 Cr., while its PE ratio was below the industry average at 40.20.

Q2 FY26 Financial Highlights

Artemis Medicare Services had a solid Q2 FY26 with the net profit increasing by a robust 35.6% year-on-year to ₹30 crore, while the total revenue was up 13.8% year-on-year to ₹274.7 crore. The EBITDA increased by 17.2% to ₹58.3 crore, with a slight improvement in margins to 21.2%. In Artemis Hospital Gurgaon, the strong occupancy level of 64.1% combined with 16.4% revenue growth, in addition to a 30.1% growth in overseas patient revenue (32% of overall revenue).

Management’s Outlook

Considering the company’s financial achievement, the Chairman of Artemis Medicare Services Ltd, Onkar Kanwar, mentioned that the company has achieved another quarter of consistent progress, based on the growth of FY26. The company’s profitability and margins remained resilient primarily as a result of an improved case and payor mix, increasing international patient volumes, and continuing operational efficiencies.

The chairman further stated that the ramp-up of new beds at the third tower of Artemis Hospital, Gurgaon, and the anticipated launch of a new unit in Raipur in March 2026 will bolster the growth of the company.

Artemis Medicare Services offers more than 800 beds, largely in the NCR Delhi area. It includes the company’s flagship 700+ bed JCI and NABH-accredited super speciality hospital located in Gurugram. The company is listed on both NSE and BSE. The company also has a joint venture with Philips under the Artemis Cardiac Care brand, as well as overseas business operations in Mauritius.
