Mumbai, November 6, 2025: Asian Paints Ltd saw its shares rise 4.64% to close at ₹2,602.10, up from the previous close of ₹2,486.70, reflecting steady investor optimism. The stock opened at ₹2,560.10 and traded between an intraday high of ₹2,631.00 and a low of ₹2,560.10.
Investors responded positively following the company’s announcement of its upcoming board meeting on November 12, 2025, where it will review Q2FY26 results and consider an interim dividend. The stock’s strong performance placed it among the top gainers on the Nifty 50, bolstering investor confidence ahead of key announcements.
Board Meeting and Dividend Record Date
At its meeting, the board of directors will approve the audited standalone financial results for the second quarter and the half-year financial performance. The board will declare an interim dividend for FY26 and unaudited consolidated financial results. As per the regulatory filing, the board will determine shareholders’ eligibility for the interim dividend on November 18, 2025.
