Anand, September 29, 2025: The shares of Atlanta Electricals Limited saw a robust listing on NSE today, on September 29. The shares were listed at ₹857 against the issue price of ₹754. The listing price marks a premium of 13.7%. As of 12:15 PM, the shares were up by 9.28%, or 70.00 points, and were trading at ₹824.00. The current traded volume stands at 70.34 lakh shares, with the company’s market capitalisation at ₹6,318.21 crore.
Atlanta Electricals Limited is a key Indian company that is engaged in the manufacturing of power transformers and electrical equipment. The company was established in 1988 and is headquartered in Anand, Gujarat.

The IPO was subscribed by a total of 70.63 times, receiving bids for over 46.17 crore shares against the issue size of 65.38 lakh shares. The subscription was led by QIBs at 194.92, followed by NIIs at 54.21 times, retail investors at 10.42 times, and employees at 3.29 times.
Atlanta Electricals IPO Raised ₹204.70 Crore From Anchor Investors
Ahead of the IPO, the company raised ₹204.70 crore from anchor investors by allocating 27.14 lakh shares at ₹754 each. Key investors included HDFC Mutual Fund, ICICI Prudential, Kotak, Axis, Nippon India, Pinebridge, HSBC, Allianz, Ashoka India Opportunities, and ValueQuest.
The listing of the shares at a premium showcases that retail investors are participating in its trading actively. It remains to be seen if the shares can sustain the momentum in the coming days or will feel the pressure of a selloff by retail investors looking to book listing gains.
