Atlanta Electricals IPO Opens: ₹687 Cr Issue, ₹205 Cr Raised via Anchor Investors

Mumbai, September 22, 2025: The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Atlanta Electricals Limited is set to open today. Investors interested in applying to the IPO can do so by visiting their net banking portal and applying through the ASBA facility. They can also apply through an UPI mandate.
Atlanta Electricals Limited is an Indian company that is engaged in the manufacturing of transformers for the power sector. The company was established in December 1988, and is headquartered in Anand, Gujarat.
Price Band At ₹718 – ₹754 Per Share
The issue size for the IPO is ₹687.34 crores, including a fresh issue of ₹400 crore and an offer for sale of ₹287.34 crore. The company has set a price band of ₹718 – ₹754 per share. The lot size is 19 shares, amounting to a minimum investment of ₹14,326 by a retail investor at the upper price band.
Atlanta Electricals IPO opens today and will close on September 24, with the shares expected to list on NSE and BSE on September 29. Share allotment is expected on September 25, and the company has fixed September 26 for credit of shares and refund initiation. Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Ltd. is the book running lead manager and MUFG Intime India Pvt.Ltd. is the registrar of the issue.
Raised ₹204.70 Crore From Anchor Investors
On September 19, ahead of the IPO, the company raised ₹204.70 crore from anchor investors by allocating them 27.14 lakh equity shares at ₹754 per share. Key investors included:
