Mumbai, 23 September 2025: Atlanta Electricals Limited’s Initial Public Offering (IPO), aiming to raise ₹687.34 crore, has garnered significant investor interest on its second day of subscription. As of 12:49 PM IST on 23 September 2025, the issue was subscribed 1.96 times overall, with notable demand across various investor categories.
Established in 1988 and headquartered in Anand, Gujarat, Atlanta Electricals Limited is a prominent manufacturer of power, auto, and inverter duty transformers up to 500 MVA and 765 kV. The company supplies to state electricity utilities and private sector players, with manufacturing facilities in Gujarat and Karnataka.

Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) have demonstrated substantial interest in the IPO, subscribing to the offered shares 1.91 times. The retail category received bids for 60,47,092 shares against 31,64,992 shares available, reflecting a robust appetite among individual investors.
Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) Lead with 2.82x Subscription
Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs), including High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), have shown significant participation, subscribing to the issue 2.82 times. Bids were received for 38,19,361 shares against 13,56,425 shares on offer, indicating strong demand from this investor segment.
Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) Contribute 1.45x Subscription
Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs), excluding anchor investors, have subscribed to the IPO 1.45 times. They bid for 26,25,762 shares against the 18,06,533 shares allocated to this category, showcasing confidence from institutional investors in the company’s prospects.
Employee Portion Subscribed 0.99x
The employee category received bids for 72,428 shares against 73,099 shares reserved, resulting in a 0.99 times subscription. This indicates a balanced interest from the company’s employees in participating in Atlanta Electricals IPO.
Anchor Investors Commit ₹204.70 Crore at ₹754 per Share
Ahead of the public subscription, Atlanta Electricals secured ₹204.70 crore from anchor investors by allotting 27.14 lakh shares at ₹754 each.
