New Delhi, September 17: The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Atlanta Electricals Limited is set to open on September 22. The company is aiming to raise ₹687 crore. Atlanta Electricals IPO window will remain open till September 24. Interested investors can apply to the issue by using the ASBA facility or through an UPI mandate.

Atlanta Electricals Limited is an Indian company that manufactures a variety of transformers for the power sector. The company was established in 1988 and has its headquarters in Anand, Gujarat, India.

Price Band Set At ₹718-₹754

The ₹687 crore IPO of Atlanta Electricals is a combination of fresh issue and offer-for sale. The fresh issue is of 0.53 crore shares, amounting to ₹400 crore, while the OFS is for 0.38 crore shares, amounting to ₹287.34 crores. The lot size for the issue is 19 shares, which amounts to a minimum investment of ₹14,326 at the upper price band.

The share allotment is expected on September 25, and the company has fixed September 26 as the date for credit of shares and refund initiation. The shares are expected to list on NSE and BSE on September 29, 2025.

Revenue At ₹1,250.49 Crore While PAT At ₹118.65 crore Crore

As of 31 March 2025, total assets stood at ₹866.19 crore, up from ₹559.25 crore in March 2024 and ₹560.76 crore in March 2023. Total income rose sharply to ₹1,250.49 crore in FY25, compared to ₹872.05 crore in FY24, though slightly higher than ₹876.66 crore in FY23.

Profit after tax more than doubled to ₹118.65 crore in FY25 from ₹63.36 crore in FY24, though lower than ₹87.54 crore in FY23. EBITDA increased to ₹199.88 crore in FY25, against ₹123.16 crore in FY24 and ₹143.12 crore in FY23. Net worth rose significantly to ₹349.90 crore in FY25 from ₹228.47 crore in FY24 and ₹164.90 crore in FY23. Borrowings also expanded, reaching ₹141.03 crore in FY25, up from ₹48.60 crore in FY24 and ₹73.09 crore in FY23.
