Augmont Enterprises has opened its ₹825 crore IPO for subscription on August 21, with bidding available until August 25. The offer includes a ₹620 crore fresh issue and a ₹205 crore offer for sale, with the shares set to be listed on BSE and NSE.

Mumbai, August 21: Investors can start bidding for Augmont Enterprises today as the company takes its ₹825 crore public issue to the market. The IPO opened for subscription on Friday, August 21, and will accept applications through August 25.

The company has fixed the Augmont Enterprises IPO price between ₹750 and ₹788 a share. Of the total issue, ₹620 crore will come from the fresh issue, while existing shareholders will sell shares worth up to ₹205 crore through the offer for sale component.

A retail investor can enter the issue with one lot of 19 shares. At the upper price of ₹788, that translates into a minimum application of ₹14,972.

Augmont Enterprises IPO: How Much Will Investors Need?

The smallest application is for 19 shares. An investor bidding at ₹750 will therefore need ₹14,250 for one lot. At ₹788, the same lot comes to ₹14,972.

The retail category allows applications for as many as 13 lots. That means a retail investor can bid for 247 shares, requiring ₹1,94,636 at the upper end of the price band.

For larger applications, the minimum requirement moves up to 266 shares for the S-HNI category and 1,273 shares for B-HNI investors.

Augmont Enterprises IPO: Investor Reservation

The IPO allocation gives institutional investors a maximum of 50% of the net offer. Non-institutional investors have a minimum reservation of 15%, while the retail portion accounts for at least 35% of the net offer.

About Augmont Enterprises Ltd.

Augmont Enterprises is involved in several parts of the precious metals business, with operations spanning gold and silver procurement, refining, bullion trading, digital gold and jewellery manufacturing. The company also has international sales operations and provides technology support for gold-backed financial services.

Its business is spread across two main platforms. Augmont SPOT caters to enterprise and international customers, while Augmont Gold For All focuses on consumers. The company uses both digital channels and a physical distribution network to reach its customers.

The business had a presence in 24 states as of March 31, 2026, with 5,223 registered enterprise members. Its digital gold operations had crossed 49.62 million registered consumers served directly and through alliances.

Augmont also runs gold and silver refining facilities in Rudrapur and Mumbai. Its jewellery manufacturing operations are based at Sitapur SEZ in Jaipur.

With bidding now underway, investors have until August 25 to participate in the IPO. The tentative basis of allotment is scheduled for August 27, followed by refunds and share credit on August 28. The company is expected to make its stock-market debut on BSE and NSE on August 31.
