Augmont Enterprises IPO Subscription Day 2: Issue Subscribed 15.21x, NII Bids Cross 35x

Augmont Enterprises IPO received strong demand on Day 2, with the issue subscribed 15.21 times by 5:04 PM on August 24, 2026. The NII category led with 35.36x subscription, while the retail portion was subscribed 14.08x and QIB stood at 2.22x. The issue has received 22.96 lakh applications so far.

Mumbai, August 24: The Augmont Enterprises IPO picked up pace sharply on the second day of bidding, with the ₹825 crore issue subscribed 15.21 times by 5:04 PM on August 24, 2026.
The strongest demand came from non-institutional investors, while retail investors also put in bids several times the shares reserved for them. QIB participation, meanwhile, moved above the 2x mark.
The IPO opened for subscription on August 21 and will close on August 25, 2026.
Augmont Enterprises IPO Subscription Status
As of 5:04 PM on Day 2, the overall issue had received bids for 11,17,02,387 shares against 73,43,908 shares available for subscription, taking the overall subscription to 15.21 times.
The NII portion was subscribed 35.36 times, followed by the retail category at 14.08 times. The QIB (Ex Anchor) portion was subscribed 2.22 times.

The IPO had received 22,96,468 applications by the reported time.
NII category sees the highest demand
The NII category continued to dominate the subscription numbers, reaching 35.36 times by Day 2.
Within this segment, the sNII portion was subscribed 43.18 times, making it the most heavily subscribed category among the major investor segments. The bNII portion stood at 31.45 times.
This means demand from both smaller and larger non-institutional investors has been significantly higher than the shares available to them.
Retail portion subscribed 14.08 times
Retail investors have also shown strong interest in the issue. The retail portion was subscribed 14.08 times, with bids for 5,13,48,336 shares against 36,46,575 shares reserved for the category.
The minimum retail application consists of 19 shares. At the upper end of the IPO price band of ₹788, one retail lot requires an investment of ₹14,972.
The employee category was subscribed 9.22 times, with bids for 4,67,951 shares against 50,759 shares on offer.
QIB subscription reaches 2.22 times
The QIB (Ex Anchor) category was subscribed 2.22 times by 5:04 PM on August 24.
The category received bids for 46,24,068 shares, compared with 20,83,757 shares available after excluding the anchor portion.
Before the IPO opened, Augmont Enterprises had raised ₹246.30 crore from anchor investors through 31,25,633 shares.
Day-wise Augmont Enterprises IPO Subscription
The subscription numbers have increased substantially between the first and second days of bidding.
On Day 1 (August 21), the IPO was subscribed 2.88 times overall. By the end of Day 2’s reported data, the overall subscription had jumped to 15.21 times.

The biggest jump came from the NII segment, which moved from 4.18x on Day 1 to 35.36x on Day 2. Retail subscription also increased sharply from 2.94x to 14.08x.
Augmont Enterprises IPO Details
Augmont Enterprises is looking to raise ₹825 crore through its IPO.
The issue consists of:
- Fresh Issue: 78,68,020 shares aggregating to ₹620 crore
- Offer for Sale: 26,01,521 shares aggregating to ₹205 crore
- Total Issue Size: 1,04,69,541 shares
The company has fixed the IPO price band at ₹750 to ₹788 per share, with a face value of ₹5 per share.
The IPO opened on August 21, 2026, and will close on August 25, 2026.
The tentative allotment date is August 27, while the refund and share credit are scheduled for August 28. The shares are expected to list on August 31, 2026, on both the NSE and BSE.

What the Day 2 subscription numbers show
The Augmont Enterprises IPO has seen a major jump in demand between Day 1 and Day 2. The overall subscription climbed from 2.88x to 15.21x, largely driven by a surge in NII and retail bids.
The sNII category at 43.18x currently has the highest subscription level, while the overall NII segment stands at 35.36x. Retail investors have also pushed their portion to 14.08x.
With August 25 being the final bidding day, the focus now shifts to the closing-day numbers, particularly whether QIB demand accelerates further and how high the final overall subscription figure goes.
