Augmont Enterprises IPO closed for subscription on August 25, 2026, after receiving a massive response from investors. The ₹825 crore issue was subscribed 111.18 times overall, with QIBs leading the demand at 238.46 times, followed by NIIs at 127.63 times and retail investors at 32.64 times.

The Augmont Enterprises IPO is now closed for subscription. After remaining open from August 21 to August 25, the ₹825 crore public issue ended its bidding period with an overwhelming response across all investor categories.
By the close of Day 3, the issue had been subscribed 111.18 times, with bids received for 81,64,97,640 shares against 73,43,908 shares offered to investors, excluding the anchor portion.
Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) were the biggest drivers of the final demand. The QIB portion, excluding anchor investors, was subscribed 238.46 times. The NII category followed with 127.63 times subscription, while the retail portion was subscribed 32.64 times.
Employees also showed strong participation, with their reserved portion subscribed 22.22 times.

The QIB segment saw bids for 49,68,89,976 shares against 20,83,757 shares on offer. That pushed the institutional portion to an impressive 238.46 times subscription.
The NII category attracted bids for 19,94,61,563 shares, compared with 15,62,817 shares available, resulting in 127.63 times subscription.
Retail investors placed bids for 11,90,18,470 shares against 36,46,575 shares reserved for them. The category ended the issue with 32.64 times subscription.
The employee portion also received strong demand, with bids for 11,27,631 shares against 50,759 shares offered, translating into 22.22 times subscription.
In total, the IPO recorded 54,94,312 applications by the time bidding closed.
Augmont Enterprises IPO Details
Augmont Enterprises raised ₹825 crore through a combination of a fresh issue and an offer for sale.
The issue consisted of a fresh issue of 78,68,020 shares worth ₹620 crore, while 26,01,521 shares were offered for sale, amounting to around ₹205 crore.
The IPO carried a price band of ₹750 to ₹788 per share. The final issue price was fixed at ₹788 per share.
For retail investors, the minimum application size was 19 shares, requiring an investment of ₹14,972 at the upper end of the price band.
The shares are proposed to list on both the BSE and NSE on August 31, 2026, according to the tentative timetable.
Augmont Enterprises IPO Issue Reservation
The IPO had a total issue size of 1,04,69,541 shares. After excluding 50,759 shares reserved for employees, the net offer to the public stood at 1,04,18,782 shares.
The QIB category was allocated 52,09,390 shares, representing 50% of the net issue. NIIs received 15,62,817 shares, or 15%, while 36,46,575 shares, representing 35%, were reserved for retail investors.
The employee reservation accounted for 50,759 shares, or around 0.48% of the total issue.

The jump in institutional demand was particularly notable on the final day. QIB subscription moved from 2.22 times at the end of Day 2 to 238.46 times by the close, helping push the overall issue to more than 111 times subscription.
