Mumbai, June 2: Aureate Tradde IPO crossed the fully subscribed mark on the final day of bidding, with demand reaching 1.10 times the shares on offer as of 11:54 AM on Tuesday.

The ₹27.29 crore SME offering, which opened for subscription on May 29, has largely found support from retail investors. The public issue comprises a fresh sale of 38.98 lakh equity shares and is priced at ₹70 per share.

Retail participation remained the standout feature of the book-building process, while interest from the non-institutional segment continued to lag behind.

Brief Overview Of The IPO

Aureate Tradde is raising ₹27.29 crore through a fresh issue of 38.98 lakh equity shares. The IPO has been priced at ₹70 per share.

Applicants can bid for a minimum lot of 2,000 shares. Retail investors are required to apply for at least two lots, or 4,000 shares, which amounts to an investment of ₹2.80 lakh. For HNI investors, the minimum application size is three lots, equivalent to 6,000 shares worth ₹4.20 lakh.

Established in 2018, Aureate Tradde Ltd. supplies industrial and technology-focused materials to the domestic market. Its operations span polymers and petrochemicals, lithium-ion and sodium-ion cells, and electric vehicle charging equipment. The company follows an inventory-based business model, maintaining stock in advance to cater to customer demand.

Corporate Makers Capital Ltd. is managing the public offer, while MUFG Intime India Pvt. Ltd. has been appointed registrar. Shares are scheduled to debut on the BSE SME platform on June 5, 2026.
