Pune, October 23, 2025: Automotive Stampings and Assemblies Ltd (BSE: 520119, NSE: ASAL) has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on Thursday, October 30, 2025, to evaluate and endorse the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year financial results ending September 30, 2025.
The company has stated that the trading window, which was closed from 24 September 2025, will reopen on 1 November 2025. This measure is part of its Code of Conduct for the Prevention of Insider Trading, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
Automotive Stampings and Assemblies Ltd, a Tata Enterprise, is a leading manufacturer of sheet metal stampings, welded assemblies, and modules for the automotive industry.
