Mumbai, June 17: Avience Biomedicals is set to launch its initial public offering (IPO) for subscription tomorow on June 18. The NSE SME issue aims to raise ₹30.24 crore through a fresh issue of 14,53,800 equity shares and will remain open for bidding until June 22, 2026. Investors can apply for the public issue within the price band of ₹196 to ₹208 per share. 

The company plans to list its shares on the NSE SME platform. The IPO is entirely a fresh issue, with no offer-for-sale component, meaning the proceeds will be utilised for the company’s business expansion and operational requirements. 

Avience Biomedicals IPO Price Band and Lot Size 

Avience Biomedicals has fixed the IPO price band at ₹196 to ₹208 per share. 

Retail investors will have to apply for a minimum of two lots comprising 1,200 shares. At the upper end of the price band, the minimum investment amount comes to ₹2,49,600. 

For HNI investors, the minimum application size is three lots or 1,800 shares, requiring an investment of ₹3,74,400 based on the upper price band. 

Avience Biomedicals IPO Issue Structure 

The public issue is entirely a fresh issue of 14,53,800 equity shares aggregating up to ₹30.24 crore.

  • Offer For Sale: Nil  

Since there is no offer-for-sale component, the entire proceeds from the IPO will be received by the company. 

Avience Biomedicals IPO Reservation Details 

The net issue has been allocated across various investor categories. 

QIB Portion: 6,83,400 shares (49.83% of net issue)  

NII Portion: 2,07,000 shares (15.09% of net issue)  

Retail Portion: 4,81,200 shares (35.08% of net issue)  

Additionally, 82,200 shares have been reserved for the market maker. 

Avience Biomedicals IPO Important Dates 

The subscription window for the Avience Biomedicals IPO will open on June 18, 2026, and close on June 22, 2026. The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on June 23, 2026. 

Successful applicants are likely to receive shares in their demat accounts on June 24, 2026, while refunds or UPI mandate unblocking for unsuccessful bidders are also scheduled for June 24, 2026. The company’s shares are tentatively expected to list on the NSE SME platform on June 25, 2026.
